Nicholas Butler | President & Founder
Nicholas Butler (B.A., Sociology alumnus of Fresno State), was raised in St. Louis Missouri, where he attended McCluer High and Florissant Valley Junior College. He later transferred to Fresno State and played football as a wide receiver under Pat Hill and was on the Track and Field team coached by Bob Fraley. He has worked in juvenile correction for more than six years. 

Nicholas strives to pass on good morals and determination to the youths he works with by promoting positive core values. It is his desire to give the youth a new outlook on life and establish a deep-rooted sense of individual responsibility and pride. 
Randy Holcomb | Vice President
Randy Holcomb is a former professional basketball player. After retiring from basketball, Randy founded Alfred's House, a luxury leather goods fashion house inspired by vintage Americana sport. Randy also works on urban development projects that bringing national retailers to areas that are blighted (most notably those in Chicago,IL).

In 2017, Holcomb started The Run Sports Media company geared around giving young athletes exposure. In 2018, Holcomb started RUN BC, a sports training & AAU team program.
Joshua Allen | Treasurer
Joshua Allen is a serial entrepreneur and a native of San Diego, California. Josh is the CEO of Global Disposal Reduction Services, Inc., a national leader in waste consulting and management services.

In 2012, Josh founded PIN Waste, which has since become one of the largest residential waste brokerages in the United States, and acquired Universal Waste Disposal Company in 2015, which focuses specifically on the compliant disposal of light bulbs, batteries and used electronics.
