TROY provides tailored programs and services to students, supported by trained mentors dedicated to fostering academic and personal growth through activities like tutoring and community service. Additionally, the institution offers life skills training encompassing financial literacy, conflict resolution, time management, and communication to equip students for success in their personal and professional realms.

At TROY, we’re dedicated to providing mentorship, tutoring, and relationships to our community’s youth. Our 3-phase approach is designed to build trust, foster growth, and empower young people to reach their full potential.

REACH OUT

We actively engage with youth in our community to build rapport and trust. We create meaningful connections and invite them to become part of our supportive network.

LIFT UP

We focus on nurturing that connection through continuous growth and development. We offer programs, workshops, and activities catering to our youth's interests and needs.

PLUG-IN

We help youth explore their passions and interests by connecting them with “Success Vehicles”. These outlets include sports, hobbies, coding, leadership, and trades, empowering young people to develop essential life skills and pursue their dreams.
