Mentorship: Our carefully selected and trained mentors have meaningful relationships with youth, providing consistent guidance, encouragement, and support while helping them develop the confidence and skills to thrive.

Life Skills Development: We equips youth with practical skills in financial literacy, conflict resolution, goal setting, and communication; preparing them to navigate personal, academic, and professional life with confidence.

Academic Support: TROY Center provides academic support helping youth develop the skills, confidence, and habits needed to thrive academically. Through tutoring and individualized guidance, we encourage youth to take ownership of their learning and pursue their full potential.

Community Engagement: TROY Center encourages youth to engage with their communities and turn their strengths into meaningful impact.

Whether through sports, creative outlets, leadership, or trades, youth are empowered to grow, lead, and pursue their dreams.

Campus Presence

Our campus presence allows TROY Center to become a familiar and trusted part of the school community. By engaging youth throughout the school day, our mentors create opportunities for connection, encouragement, and meaningful support.

TROY Center’s community events bring youth, family, and community members together to build relationships, expand exposure, and create positive experiences.
