PHASE ONE

Reach Out

In the first phase, we actively engage with youth in our community to build rapport and trust. By introducing ourselves and using showcasing the positive impact, TROY Center can have on their lives, we create meaningful connections and invite them to be part of our support network.

PHASE TWO

Lift Up

We nurture our relationship with youth through growth and development programs, workshops, and activities.

PHASE THREE

Success Vehicles

In the final phase, we help youth explore their passions and interests by connecting them with "Success Vehicles." These outlets, which include sports, hobbies, coding, leadership, and trades, empower young people to develop essential life skills and pursue their dreams, setting them on a path to a bright future.

Initiatives

Sports Clinics

Through hands-on coaching and positive mentorship, youth build teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and other essential life skills at TROY Center’s Sports Programs.

Campus Presence

Our campus presence allows TROY Center to become a familiar and trusted part of the school community. By engaging youth throughout the school day, our mentors create opportunities for connection, encouragement, and meaningful support.

Community Events

TROY Center’s community events bring youth, family, and community members together to build relationships, expand exposure, and create positive experiences. By bringing people together, we strengthen connections and foster unity within our communities, creating spaces where youth can feel supported, engaged, and inspired.

Our Life Skills program equips youth with practical skills in financial literacy, conflict resolution, goal setting, and communication; preparing them to navigate personal, academic, and professional life with confidence.
Academic Support

TROY Center provides academic support helping youth develop the skills, confidence, and habits needed to thrive academically. Through tutoring and individualized guidance, we encourage youth to take ownership of their learning and pursue their full potential.
